Codes & content

Can I attach several datasheets (or other files) to one QR code?

Yes. Open the code, upload one or more files (PDF, images, …), and turn on landing page mode. A scan then opens a qr3-hosted page listing all the code’s public files — instead of redirecting to a single URL. See Files & datasheets and Landing page per code.

Can I change where a QR code points after it’s printed?

Yes — that’s the point of a dynamic code. The printed QR never changes; you edit its destination URL (or its files/landing page) anytime in the dashboard and every future scan follows the new target.

In which formats can I download a QR code?

PNG, SVG, PDF and EPS — directly from the code card and the code detail page. PNG for screens, SVG/PDF/EPS (vector) for print and professional layout. See Download formats.

Can I host my files (e.g. product PDFs) at qr3?

Yes. Files you upload are hosted by qr3; public files are served at a stable link and can be shown on a code’s landing page. Private files stay restricted. See Files & datasheets.

Bulk & teams

Can I create many codes at once from a CSV or Excel file?

Yes. Go to Dashboard → Codes → Import, download the template, fill in your rows (type, title, url, tags, notes) and upload it (CSV or XLSX, up to 1000 rows / 5 MB per import). You get a per-row result with a downloadable error report for any rows that need fixing. See Import codes.

Can my employees get their own logins with different roles?

Yes. Invite members on Dashboard → Team and assign a role: Administrator (full access incl. member management), Editor (create/edit codes) or Viewer (read-only). See Team & roles.

Do all members see all codes?

Codes are visible across the workspace. Roles control what members may change: a Viewer can see everything but cannot create, edit or delete; Editors and Administrators can. See Team & roles.

Plan & analytics

What’s included in my plan, and what happens when I hit a limit?

Each plan includes a number of dynamic codes, scans per month and team seats. You see your usage in the dashboard and get warning emails at 80 / 90 / 100 % of your scan quota. At the limit, creating more dynamic codes is blocked until you upgrade. See Plan limits & notifications.

Can I export my scan statistics?

Yes. On a code’s detail page, export the raw scan events as CSV or XLSX for the selected period (7 / 30 / 90 days). See Analytics export.
