Team & roles
Give colleagues their own login and control what each may do.
Invite a member
- Go to Dashboard → Team (app.qr3.app/dashboard/team).
- Enter the person’s email, pick a role and click Add.
- Change a member’s role anytime via the dropdown, or remove them.
Open the team workspace (for invitees)
Every qr3 account has its own personal workspace (“My workspace”) where you are the administrator. When you are invited into a team, the team workspace appears under Dashboard → Workspaces (app.qr3.app/dashboard/workspaces).
- Go to Dashboard → Workspaces.
- Click Switch on the team workspace.
- QR codes, Team and Analytics now show the shared team data. Your role in the team workspace is the role you were assigned — in your personal workspace you remain administrator.

Visibility
Codes are visible to everyone in the workspace. Roles govern changes, not visibility: a Viewer sees all codes and analytics but cannot create, edit or delete anything. Only Administrators can invite/remove members and change roles. The organization owner can’t be removed, and the last administrator can’t be demoted.
