Plan limits & notifications
Every limit of every plan is listed in the plan matrix on the pricing page. It comes from the same source the API enforces limits from. GET /v1/billing/plans returns the same values in machine-readable form, plus meta.limit_behavior for what happens at each limit.
What counts
- Dynamic codes — editable codes whose target can change. Static codes (e.g. WiFi, vCard) are unlimited and don’t count toward this cap.
- Scans per month — counted across your whole organization (all workspaces combined), per calendar month (UTC).
- DPPs — your organization’s Digital Product Passports, including those created by import.
- Team seats and workspaces — how many members and workspaces your organization can have.

What happens at a limit

Free plan
On Free, every scan briefly shows a qr3 page before redirecting. From Pro, the redirect goes straight to the target.
Upgrading
Upgrade anytime from the billing section. The plan matrix shows which limit changes with which plan; not every limit rises with every plan (Pro, for example, has one workspace like Free).
