Import codes (CSV/XLSX)
Create dozens or hundreds of codes in one go — one row per code.
How to import
- Open Dashboard → Codes and click Import (top right), or go to app.qr3.app/dashboard/codes/import.
- Download the template (CSV or XLSX) and fill in one row per code.
- Drag the file onto the upload area (or click to choose it) and press Start import.
- Review the result: how many rows were imported, skipped, and a per-row error preview.
Template columns

The template ships with the columns above — ideal for URL codes (the common case). To bulk-create WiFi or vCard codes, add the matching columns: wifi_ssid (plus optional wifi_password, wifi_encryption) for WiFi, and vcard_first_name / vcard_last_name (plus optional vcard_organization, vcard_phone, vcard_email) for vCard.
Fixing errors
If some rows can’t be imported (e.g. an invalid URL), they’re listed in the result and you can download an error report (CSV) containing exactly those rows plus the reason. Fix them and re-upload — the already-imported rows are not duplicated.
